The Electoral Observation Mission (MOE) is a platform of civil society organizations in Colombia that promotes the exercise of civil and political rights of citizens through:
- Encouraging the active participation of civil society in democratic processes.
- Implementing electoral monitoring and observation processes.
- Training in the exercise of political rights, electoral regulations, social and political control.
- Investigating and promoting legal initiatives related to citizen participation, political parties, the electoral regime, and the deepening of democracy.
