The Angara Centre for Law and Economic Policy (“Angara Centre”) is the first and only Philippine policy and academic think-tank that is dedicated to the scientific analysis and international assessment of Philippine and regional legislation, policies, and public sector programs. Our mission is to provide independent research, of an internationally verifiable academic standard and publishable scholarly quality, on the basis of which we submit timely and relevant policy recommendations for Philippine government.
