Leodomir Mfura is a Research and Policy Manager for IPA Rwanda. He joined IPA in 2014 as a Research Associate, rising to the role of Senior Research Associate in 2016, then Senior Policy Associate in 2018, then Research and Policy Coordinator, up to his current role as a Research and Policy Manager. Leodomir has conducted research with professors from the most prestigious universities in the world and is now leading policy-relevant partnerships in Rwanda. Prior to joining IPA in 2014, he managed research fieldwork for a WASH-research project led by Emory University for two years. He also worked for seven years with different governmental and non-governmental organizations across Rwanda in the areas of health and nutrition.
