The Burkinabe Monitoring and Evaluation Network officially held its constituent general assembly on December 2, 2006. The General Assembly of the ReBuSe took part at a time when the Francophone community of evaluators was organized throughout Africa and throughout the world. world. Consequently, the statutes and rules of procedure adopted since Kaya in July 2003 have not been followed up. The aim was to create a framework for exchanges where the community of Burkina Faso evaluators will have to meet in a network to work to promote and develop the culture of monitoring and evaluation in Burkina Faso.
