LEGACY Baseline Survey RFP
TENDER NOTICE
Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), in conjunction with Save the Children International (SCI), is conducting a rigorous evaluation of a maternal cash transfer program in the Dry Zone of Myanmar. The program, named LEGACY (Learning, Evidence Generation, and Advocacy for Catalyzing Policy), aims to impact the nutritional profile of pregnant mothers and new born children by providing monthly cash transfers to pregnant mothers and mothers of children under two in the three townships in the Dry Zone. IPA is inviting submissions of tenders for Consultant Services for LEGACY Baseline Survey. The selected Consultant will be responsible for obtaining surveys and anthropometric measurements from estimated 4,000-5,000 study participants. The tentative timeline for the data collection is from March to May 2016.
