J-PAL Africa launched at the University of Cape Town

South African Planning Minister Trevor ManuelÂ spoke last night at the launch of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL Africa) in the SA Labour and Development Research Unit at the University Cape Town.
