On October 23rd, Anna Segura, Research Associate with the IPA Colombia office, presented at the Universidad del Norte, about IPA's microfinance evaluation, and the flexible credit evaluation that is being implemented in Barranquilla. The presentation was part of a seminar series hosted by the Institute of Economic Studies of the Caribbean (Instituto de Estudios Económicos del Caribe –IEEC).
