On February 5, Dr. Scott Lee (Vanderbilt University) in collaboration with IPA Zambia, Zambia's Ministry of Health, and the International Growth Centre presented the findings and policy implications of the study “Recruiting and Motivating Community Health Workers in Zambia." The meeting was convened by the Ministry of Health and the study findings were presented to the ministry's Permanent Secretaries, Department Directors, and Provincial Health Directors at Ndeke House.
