IPA Presents a Strategic Guide to Impact Measurement in SSIR Webinar Series
On February 4-5, 2025, Loic Watine (Chief Research & Policy Officer, Innovations for Poverty Action) and Mary Kay Gugerty (Nancy Bell Evans Professor in Nonprofit Management, University of Washington) co-led a two-part webinar series titled, "‘When to Measure What: A Strategic Guide to Impact Measurement." This webinar series was part of the Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR)'s Live Webinar Workshops.
The first session explored CART Principles (Credible, Actionable, Responsible, and Transportable) to help organizations prioritize right-fit measurement and learning efforts. The second session delved into the stage-based learning framework, as outlined in the Funder’s Guide developed by IPA's Right-Fit Evidence Unit.
