On November 2, 2024, Karla Petersen (IPA's Director of Scaling) and Bethany Park (IPA's Senior Director of Policy) presented at the Effective Altruism (EA) Global conference in Boston, MA, United States, which was held from November 1-3, 2024 to share new thinking and research in the field of effective altruism and allow organizations to coordinate on global projects. IPA presented on "Seven ingredients for successful scaling efforts in global health and development," followed by office hours for those who were interested in learning more.
