On December 6, IPA Philippines Country Director Nassreena Sampaco-Baddiri presented on the Ultra-Poor Graduation Approach at the Department of Social Welfare and Development's 3rd Annual M&E Conference. She was part of a panel of speakers who were asked to share evaluation studies. Other panelists included representatives from the World Bank, the Philippine Institute of Development Studies, and DSWD's Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. The five-day conference was held at BSA Twin Towers, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City and was attended by about 30 DSWD M&E staff.
