IPA Philippines conducted workshop entitled "Introduction to Theory of Change" for the Policy Research and Development Division (PRD) of the Department of Education of the Philippines on August 15, 2017. PRD is tasked with promoting evidence-based decision-making and developing evaluation standards across the Department of Education. The workshop focused on how to use the development of a theory of change as a tool for monitoring and evaluation. Sixteen PRD staff attended the workshop at the DepEd Complex in Pasig City, Philippines.
