IPA Philippines conducted an RCTs and Monitoring & Evaluation Workshop for 25 member organizations of the Association of Foundations at the Association of Foundations Conference Room at the Aurora Tower, Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City, Philippines. The first day of the workshop focused on what is evaluation, theory of change, and a short session about Right-Fit M&E. During the second day, session topics covered randomization, generalizability, and evidence in education and financial literacy.
