On May 4, IPA Peru, along with Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) training leader Erica Field and PhD candidate Javier Romero, met with Silvia Loli Espinoza, Vice Minister of the Peruvian Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MOW). During the meeting, the IPA team presented the kick-off of a new study aimed at evaluating MOW's Leaders in Action project to reduce and prevent gender-based violence.
