Oct 30 Taxation and Formalization: From Evidence to Policy Making This webinar showcased six research studies, carried out in coordination in Brazil, Colombia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, India, Malawi, and Nigeria, that assessed the role of information about the process of tax formalization—including costs and benefits—along with assistance and/or subsidies to reduce the cost to citizens. The event highlighted the integrated results from the studies along with actionable insights and policy recommendations.
