On February 1-3, IPA Philippines led a workshop with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in Manila. Participants defined learning goals and developed a robust and right-fit monitoring, evaluation, and learning plan for two DSWD Projects: a disaster relief emergency transfer, and a transfer for vulnerable elderly persons.

On January 25-27, IPA Philippines held a training workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) with the Supreme Court of the Philippines (SC) at The Bayleaf - Intramuros, Manila City. The training workshop is the first in a series to develop the Supreme Court Data Hub—a joint project by SC and IPA with the objective of increasing court efficiency through a data-driven judiciary.
