Jun 24 AFI-BNM Business Conduct and Consumer Protection Event Post Teaser Text The Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) co-hosted a Business Conduct and Consumer Protection training program in Kuala Lumpur on 24-27 June 2014.This capacity building workshop brought together 50 policymakers and regulators from 28 countries to discuss experiences and best practices on consumer protection and financial capability.Beniamino Savonitto, Associate Director of the Financial Inclusion Program, led a discussion on policy design and evaluation and reviewed the evidence from randomized evaluations on financial capability and consumer protection.
