On June 20, IPA Philippines Country Director Nassreena Sampaco-Baddiri and Policy Associate Riza Halili presented at an impact evaluation training workshop at the De La Salle University (DLSU) Angelo King Institute in Manila.The primary objective of this workshop was to build the capacity of National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) officials and staff on impact evaluations of social and economic development programs.

On June 12-13, the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) hosted the 2018 "Metrics from the Ground Up" Conference in Washington, D.C.

On June 7, the Evidence in Governance and Politics (EGAP) research network and IPA Kenya held a meeting to showcase policy-relevant research and discuss academic-practitioner partnerships.
