Oct 27 IPA Rwanda & Uganda Host Policymaking Workshop Post Teaser Text On October 27, IPA in collaboration with the Rwanda Development Board organized a policymaking workshop targeting key stakeholders involved in the skills development and labor market interventions in Rwanda.IPA has been working with the Board's Chief Skills Office and World Bank researchers to examine the impact of soft skills training on employability outcomes among graduates.The study will use a randomized controlled trial to evaluate the impact.
