IPA Education Director, Sarah Kabay, Presents New Book
On November 1, IPA's Education Program Director, Sarah Kabay presented her new book, Access, Quality, & the Global Learning Crisis: Insights from Ugandan Primary Education. This event was hosted by Professor Elisabeth King and the International Education program in a public Zoom meeting. Sarah Kabay is an education researcher focused on early childhood and basic education. She works to design and evaluate educational interventions and to understand the systems and contexts in which they take place. She focuses on mixed-methods strategies, such as the integration of qualitative research and randomized evaluations. She has a BA in Poverty and Development from Yale University and a PhD in International Education from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
