IPA Philippines hosted a two-day training on impact evaluation with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS). Participants of the training included government employees of various bureaus under DOLE, notably the Bureau of Local Employment (BLE), the Bureau of Workers with Special Concerns (BWSC), Overseas Welfare Administration Authority (OWWA), and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
