On October 27, IPA Philippines took part in the 1st meeting and oath-taking ceremony of members of the Independent Monitoring Committee (IMC) for the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development. The IMC, composed of various partner organizations of DSWD, aims to support the Department in providing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) advisory services to strengthen M&E systems for the government’s largest conditional cash transfer program (4Ps). IPA Philippines looks forward to working with DSWD in its efforts to build a strong culture of M&E to support evidence-based decision-making.
