After signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Assessment Centre (NAC) of the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC), IPA Kenya began participating in the NAC steering committee. The objective of the NAC Steering Committee is to offer leadership and guidance to the NAC on potential topics for research, which partners to work with, and how to developed the institution's strategic focus. The Steering Committee includes representatives from donors, governmental organizations working with NAC, and local and international universities. Specifically, IPA Kenya advised NAC on data entry protocols when surveying students to monitor student learning.
