IPA is excited about the launch of its new website, www.poverty-action.org, and with it, the introduction of the IPA blog. It is our aim with this blog to discuss both the process of conducting and the results of current policy research.  We hope that it promotes informal discussion that ultimately improves our work and provides one more avenue for linking research to policy needs.

With its launch, we invite our researchers, field staff, and potential collaborators to use the new blog as a forum for posing questions, commenting on research done by other organizations, describing preliminary insights or updates from ongoing studies, and providing a glimpse into everyday life in our study regions. We also like to hear from our readers: If you have insights into some of our questions, or know of interesting studies that might inform our work, please comment on a post or drop us a line.
