Zachary Clemence manages projects in health policy, elections and financial accountability as well as serving on the Uganda Senior Management Team. He began working with IPA Rwanda in January 2013 and transitioned to Uganda in July 2014. Prior to IPA, Zachary worked in Belize and was also a sailboat captain. He holds a BA in Politics from New York University.
