Xin (Cindy) Wang assists with pre-award management of grants/contracts, prepares grant reconciliation, and is responsible for budgetary control of grants and contracts.Prior to joining IPA in March 2015 as Financial Analyst, she worked as a senior accountant at Visiting Nurse Services of Connecticut for five years. Cindy has a BA in Economics from Beijing Normal University and an MBA with Accounting and Finance concentrations from the University of Bridgeport.
