Wilson Saikonde is an agricultural development professional with experience in building and managing teams and data in research projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) in Malawi. Currently, he is working with Innovations for Poverty Action Malawi (IPAM) as a Field Manager for the Graduation Model Evaluation (GaME) project, a "big push" intervention designed to move people out of poverty. Prior to joining IPA, he worked with Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI) on the Malawi Local Government Accountability and Performance (LGAP) project; which aimed at improving local tax collection.
