Viviana Delgadillo began her professional career in field roles in 2016 before joining IPA as a field consultant in 2018. She currently holds the role of Senior Field Manager. Viviana plans, leads, organizes, and verifies compliance with established protocols for data collection with project enumerators. Additionally, she standardizes processes before, during, and after projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in the implementation of IPA Colombia's initiatives. She also serves as Security Coordinator for the country office. Currently, she is studying Business Administration at the Compensar University Foundation.
