Tracy Li is a Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Associate at IPA Ghana where she works under the Right-Fit Evidence Unit. Before joining IPA, Tracy worked with the Aga Khan Development Network's Accelerate Prosperity initiative in Kyrgyzstan, where she managed a series of rural development programs. There, she implemented a youth innovation program under the UN peace-building fund, trained Water User Associations to adopt new on-farm irrigation management systems, and completed a scoping study on private Early Childhood Development services. Previously, Tracy worked in capital markets and led a student-managed investment fund at Queen's University, where she completed a Bachelor of Commerce.
