Thomas Bilaliib Udimal serves as a Field Manager at IPA Ghana. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering (with an emphasis on Agricultural Entrepreneurship) from Jiangsu University and an M.Phil. Agricultural Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He also holds a BSc. degree in Agriculture Technology (Agricultural Economics and Extension Option) from the University for Development Studies. Udimal also has a teacher’s certificate from Dambai College of Education. He had professional development in education at the College of St. Rose in New York under the International Leaders in Education Program.
