Than Zaw Oo works at IPA Myanmar as a Research Associate for the evaluations of the National Community Driven Development Program (NCDDP) and the Conditional Cash Transfer program. Before IPA, he had over seven years of experience in nutrition, health, and cash transfer programs in Myanmar. His work has focused on nutrition and behavior change communication, community mobilization and research, and program design in post-emergency humanitarian and development contexts. His core areas of technical expertise include behavior change communication, surveys, and research. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from the University of Nursing in Yangon, Myanmar, and a Master's in Social Science from Mahidol University in Salaya, Thailand.
