Teresa Martens is the Research Manager at IPA Liberia. She oversees Liberia's portfolio spanning social protection, health, education, and agriculture. She provides technical support on projects and manages financial and administrative operations of the office. Before joining IPA, Teresa worked as a World Bank consultant within the social protection sector and as an ODI fellow at the Liberian Statistics Office for two years. Teresa received her MSc in Research for International Development from the SOAS University of London and a BA (Hons) in Economics and International Development.
