Sydney is a Program Coordinator for the Peace & Recovery Program at IPA, where she supports research and policy outreach on displacement, conflict, violence, and fragility. She comes from a nonprofit background, having worked with local governance surrounding climate policy and in the humanitarian sector on emergency preparedness. Sydney holds a BA in Foreign Affairs and a BA in Global Public Health from the University of Virginia.
