Soumya Kochhar is a Research Manager at IPA Philippines. She focuses on projects in the fields of social welfare and financial inclusion. Previously she worked on energy and environmental projects at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) South Asia and has experience at Gartner India Research and Advisory Services. She holds an MA in Economics from Boston University.
