Smita Nimilita manages activities related to survey management, leads and coordinates field visits, maintains relationships with partners, assists with data management, and provides overall project support for the Real Effects of Electronic Wage Payments: A Field Experiment with Salaried Factory Workers project in Bangladesh. She joined IPA as a field manager where she worked on the Evaluation of Female Supervisor Effectiveness in the Bangladesh Garments Sector project for one and a half years before assuming her current role. She has also held an internship with a financial institution in Bangladesh. Smita has an MBA degree from North South University and a BBA from American International University Bangladesh.
