Shirazu joined IPA as a Senior Field and Data Assistant with five years of experience working with governmental and non-governmental organizations in research and data analysis. Prior to joining IPA, he worked as a Data Manager at the University of California, Davis and the University of Ghana's research project on Child Nutrition in the Northern Region and later as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the International Cocoa Initiative. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the University of Energy and Natural Resources.
