Sheen is a Research Associate in the Philippine Country Office. He works on a scale-up project for a heuristics-based financial management training for microentrepreneurs in developing countries. Prior to IPA, Sheen has been involved in various projects on microfinance, development of SMEs, and child labor reduction.

Sheen holds a BS in Agribusiness Economics from the University of the Philippines Mindanao. He enjoys road trips, trekking, sports, and good conversations.
