Shabib Raihan started his career at IPA as a Research Analyst (Data) for the RMGPP projects in 2014. He has been part multiple studies focusing on an array of topics, ranging from seasonal migration ("No Lean Season" study) to adolescents' socio-economic issues ("Gender and Adolescence: Global Evidence (GAGE)" project) to refugee crisis issues (Cox's Bazar Panel Study). Aside from managing projects, Shabib enjoys exploring and implementing innovative solutions for data collection (electronic), management and analysis. He holds a BSc in Applied Statistics and an MBA.
