Sebastian works as Research Associate for the project "Militarized Policing to Reduce Homicides and Other Violent Crimes." Previously, he worked as a Research Associate for Christopher Blattman in the Harris School of Public Policy at The University of Chicago, and a Research Coordinator in the Center of Social and Cultural Analysis, a research center at Central American University in Nicaragua. Sebastian holds a BA in Applied Economics from Central American University and an MA in International Development and Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy.
