Saraf serves as Policy Associate for IPA Bangladesh, specializing in designing research and managing large scale programs. She shifted from an Urban Planning background to Econometric Science due to a desire to link these two majors and use RCTs to help spark policy-dialogue. Before joining IPA, she worked with UNDP and Geographic Information Services Inc. Saraf is highly trained in community participatory techniques and human behavioral psychology.
