Sandra Nkusi manages IPA Rwanda's Gender and Energy program, and monitors the correct implementation of survey and randomisation protocols of the project. Before joining the IPA Rwanda team, Sandra worked with the Research and Evaluation unit of a private international development foundation in Toronto, Canada. She also has experience with the design and implementation of a monitoring system for the social performance of a credit-lending institution in Bolivia. Sandra has a BA with honors in Applied Economics from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada.
