Samuel Olweny manages the Budget Transparency Initiative and the Meet the Candidates project. His responsibilities include survey development, logistics planning, data management, human resource management, and partner coordination. Samuel holds a BA of Information and Communication Technology from Gulu University and is nearing completion of an MMS from the Uganda Management Institute.
