Samuel supervises a project about financial inclusion in small and micro enterprises and analyzes the outputs of a project about early child development. Previously, he interned on several projects for IPA. Before joining IPA, he worked in the Sub-Unit of Monitoring and Social Development at the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima, consulting on issues around rural development, productivity, and education. Samuel holds a BA in Economics from the National University of San Marcos
