Rowell Dikitanan oversees an intervention aimed at understanding the role of property rights on agricultural productivity. Before joining IPA in 2015, he worked on impact evaluation of best management practices on irrigated rice systems in several Southeast Asian countries. Rowell previously worked as an Assistant Scientist for the International Rice Research Institute and as a Research Assistant for Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture. He has an MSc and BSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
