Rosmery is currently working on a project that evaluates the effect of migration on early childhood development in the Northern Triangle region. She joined IPA as a research intern and has participated in different projects in Peru, such as the Real Man Challenge and Leaders in Action (targeting violence against women), and Language App (intercultural bilingual education). She is particularly interested in educational public policies, to promote equitable and quality access to education for all children and young people. Rosmery has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
