Renaud Comba is a Policy Manager on the Policy & External Relations Team at IPA. Previously, he served as Policy & Research Manager for IPA Ghana, overseeing education-related IPA projects in southern Ghana and supporting education-related new project development. Before joining IPA, he spent four years in Ghana as a research assistant and as an interim headmaster of a private school. Renaud holds a MA in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from SciencesPo Paris, and a BA in International Development and Political Science from McGill University.
