As Chief People Officer, Renan serves as a thought partner to IPA's Executive Director, Senior Management Team, and global leadership, to provide advice on leadership, employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, culture, total rewards, learning and development, and more. He oversees the Global Human Resources team and the HR function worldwide. As Chief People Officer, Renan is passionate about driving business success through the lens of people, and brings a vast experience leading HR teams in international organizations including UNICEF, World Vision, and Care International. Renan holds a MBA with majors in Human Resources from ULACIT (Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnologia).
