Rayhanul Islam manages all the project related logistics in the field including training and leading the team of enumerators to carry out all project-related tasks in both the field and the office, collection, handling and storage of data for the project and maintains relationships with partners. He provides overall project support for the Real Effects of Electronic Wage Payments: A Field Experiment with Salaried Factory Workers project in Bangladesh. Rayhanul has a Bachelors degree in Urban and Regional Planning (BURP) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Before joining IPA he did an internship at City Development Authority.
