Radhika Nagesh is a Senior Research Associate at IPA Zambia. She is currently working on the scale-up of the Food Constraints project, which explores ways to reduce seasonal poverty for Zambian farmers through lean season financing, and the impacts on agricultural productivity, labor markets, and profitability for agribusinesses. Previously, Radhika has worked with JPAL SA, the World Bank, the Economic Policy Research Institute, and the International Organisation for Migration across research themes in field and data-intensive research roles. She holds a Master's in Public Policy from the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance.
