Phidel Vineles is a Research Associate (mEducation) at IPA Philippines. Prior to joining IPA, he served as a Research Assistant at the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow. He also worked as a Senior Analyst at S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore from 2016 to 2021. Phidel holds an MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development from the University of Glasgow and an MSc in International Political Economy from Nanyang Technological University.
